Our Red Snapper Restaurant serves the finest in authentic Jamaican food. All of our meals are prepared with organically grown fruits and vegetables which come from our very own farm. The meals are prepared to order to guarantee a rich, fresh flavor. Authentic Jamaican breakfast is served daily; try some salt fish, callaloo, fried dumplings and some fresh fruit. Enjoy our superior Jamaican Style Brick Oven Pizza, prepared before your eyes on our distinctive crust with the finest ingredients and flavored by the fragrant heat of pimento wood.
In the evenings listen to some dinner music and enjoy an exotic Jamaican drink at our bar or on the poolside overlooking the Caribbean Sea as you wait to enjoy some curry lobster, escovetch fish or curry goat, all served with your choice of rice and peas or organic vegetables. There are many meals to choose from on our generous menu, and if you don't see it ask our Chef and he will prepare it.
