Mr. Britton the owner has no manners. I needed an extension and Mr. Britton wanted me to come in and pay or he would report the car stolen. Even though he had 30,000 for my deposit. I could not come in so he says if i use the service again the deposit is 75,000 and he would rather if i didnt use him because i pay when i feel like. So much for customer service. Would not recommend them. Proof of deposit in the picture. Car returned in the same condition it was received.

Facts of the matter are,
(1) Miss Todd arrived at our offices to rent a vehicle on Saturday November 29, 2014 for Two (2)days.
(2) She was asked to present her Drivers licence to prepare the Rental Contract to which she replied that she had left it at home.
(3)She asked that we prepare the rental contract from her oral submissions as she claimed that she knew all that was on her Drivers Licence.
(4)She was instead offered by Mr. Britton a ride to collect her Drivers Licence to which she accepted.
(5)Rental Contract was prepared and Ms. Todd went on her way with a Reduced Security Deposit of J$30,000.00 (US$300.00).
(6)At the expiration of the two days the car was not returned and no communication was received from Ms. Todd.
(7) Miss Todd was contacted and informed Cavanor Auto Rentals Ltd. that she would be attending our offices to extend the rental for an additional day by 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm, none of which was done.
(8)Contact was made with Ms. Todd after 4 :00 pm ,and she was informed that after 24 hours after her rental contract expires a report will be made to the police that the car is stolen as per our rental policies(see website)
(9)Ms. Todd subsequently hung up.
(10)On the following day Ms. Todd arrived at our offices with the vehicle with less than a full tank of petrol.
(11)No deductions were made from her deposit for this but she was advised that her security deposit would be increased to the normal deposit of J$******** (US$750.00) as per our website should she wish to avail herself of our services in the future and at no time did anyone say to her that they would prefer if she does not use our services again.
(12)She was offered a ride home to which she refused.
We at Cavanor Auto Rentals believe we provided excellent service to Ms. Todd and all our customers at all time and invite readers to assess in light of the foregoings if you will agree with us that Ms. Todd received excellent service.
