Atlas operates with a predominately flat organizational structure as a central philosophy comprising; a chairman, group managing director, a managing director whose focus is fundamentally in the northern sector the island of Jamaica, a director of administration and other senior mangers each with responsibility for guarding operations, electronic security operations and armored operations respectively.

Staff complements is approximate 2020 inclusive of administrative, managerial, technical, operational and guarding. Our staff competences are augmented with persons with, bachelor degrees, post grad qualifications and international security certification and IT certification of the highest order.
