Worst RECEPTIONIST EVER!!!!!
I wont give any ratings because the rep is very rude her behavior is she is the boss wife/r side piece ,you call to ask question every word from her gutter is nasty an full of attitude she needs to be place in the back to unload trucks etc very rude an ill manner very bad for the company read other reviews an she is the main topic no good CRS. Gonna find a next company to do business with she is very distasteful and upsetting.

Receptionist in Jamaica
The contact person in the office in Jamaica is very rude and is bad for business. She is very lacking of customer service,and therefore discourage customers from doing future business with this company.

This is so true,she is so out of order,rude and very this tasteful on the phone ...only full of attitude I really dnt know how some of these ill manner female get jobs as CSR when they lack manners...think this company is very slappy to have that wig answering phone she needs to be place in the back to unload trucks etc ..so upsetting

Worst experience
It’s almost 3 months now and I haven’t received my shipment. Kept calling and no answer and when they do answer the receptionist makes ace to end call end the call by say they’ll call me back which they never do... please be reminded that we have other options... worst experience ever

Poor customer service
Customer service was very poor at the Kingston branch, I don't think I will ever use Gunters Shipping again. Please provide training in customer service for your staff or else in the long run you will be out of business

CUSTOMER SERVICE
It would appear that I have shipped my goods for free.
Customer service at this company especially the receptionist is extremely POOR.
Please bear in mind that people do have options. I will NEVER ship with you guys again.
The nicest treatment is given when pick up is made but in Jamaica when you call for query the rep is very RUDE and ABRASIVE.
