I sent my barrels with this thieving company and they stole 2 pairs of shoes and 4 jeans pants and other food items and this is not a joke. The names was on the stuff so i’m sure of what I’m saying. I called and they giving me run around. They need to shut down this company it’s really hard to send your stuff for thieves. I’m not stopping until I get an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst shipping experience one could expect. Customer service is extremely poor. No text message sent and when I call to check no mention was made of any text hence long delay in clearing. These people are scammers parading as Customer service personnel. Will never use again.

Sent 1 standard size box and them charge $******** plus changes to clear!!
And them thief out mi Irish them and my baby dove them.
The waiting is the worst and they didn’t even handle the package properly. Everything squeeze up squeeze up

When I got my barrel, and open it, items were missing from inside, I wrote down everything I put in there. Very disappointed Whats worst is that the items stolen were at the bottom of the barrel so i am kinda puzzled. Anyway it wont happen again.

Service was absurd! I shipped a used bed that cost 200usd and these guys charge me 20grand to clear it and on top of that the staff tried to con me with fake discount price and you have to pay them to help you! This is unfair! People have it hard now and you people are trying to get off on people! The waiting time is also ridiculous! Poor!

These people dont have good services,even if they are having a delay they dont even contact the customers,I am waiting 3-4weeks now for my barrels and not even a call from them,what makes it worse when you call there customer service representatives,the attitude is so stink both overseas and locally

I shipped 6 barrels to Jamaica and when I opened my barrels at the wharf I noticed one of my barrel was 3/4. When I got home all my 12 pairs of sneakers and jeans that I packed in the barrel were all gone. They stole all the ladies sneakers and jeans that I purchased for my family. I was so pissed. First and last time using this company.

i dont understand this system because when shipping things yall say its gonna take 2 weeks thats 14 days and all now i cant receive my stuff i had plan now i got to cancell my daughter bday because her suit aint here kmft

I will never ship with this are tell anyone about.i send 4 barrels and a lots of stuff were stolen from all 4 barrels especially the barrel for the church. There are too much two foot Rats working at Feurtado in Jamaica.

My cashier Shantel Bent was the worst. Poor communication from start to finish.
