I travelled in a taxi sent by El Shaddai and the driver said I didn't pay him even though I did. He waited outside my house which I was not aware of until he came in my yard calling me a thief and saying I didn't pay him. When I called them they did nothing about it. I ended up paying 2000 dollars just for a 15 minute ride. Smh

Ask for a pick up, and driver arrived then left immediately and didnt give notice of arrival. After calling the dispatcher to let her know what the driver did, she got upset and said i didnt leave a number to call back, i told her that i asked her for the drivers number an she said they dont give out that info and he will not come back and proceeded to blame me for what happened even after i was waiting for the driver. He didnt toot his horn or anything! Just came and left. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE V.E.R.Y UNPROFESSIONAL.

My Boyfriend lost his phone and later realized he left It in the car.The Driver was described as a light skinned elder who talks alot and he awfully distracted him. My boyfriend started to call the company to track the car he was picked up in and they were unable to do that since they are so back a time!I even reported it and told them the route they traveled on and all the neccessary details and the boss said they asked the drivers and nobody responded which simply means that they have Dishonest staff and non professional strategies and they are in for a surprise

Do not use this cab company. The drivers lie about their locations because they are hungrier than everyone else. If they are 15 or 20 minutes away they will lie and say they are 5 minutes away so they get the customer even if there was a another driver who was 6 or 7 minutes away. In the end, the customer ends up late and the driver makes the money and moves on. Try On time cab company, they have much better service and more polite drivers too
