First world service! Found the parts that I needed!
I needed a hard-to-find part for my 2000 RAV4. After calling around to a LOT of different parts stores I found John John. On the phone he told me that if he didn't have it then he would find it for me.
Excellent customer service--took the time to explain about different transmission oils, offered other products and helped me with the items to my car. Parking available and the online photo is real--very nice air-conditioned store upstairs.
Will call them first when I need something.
Highly recommend!

Great place!
Highly recommend anyone with a car problem to come here and get your parts! There are many options. If you need a part and they do not have it, they will order it and call you right when it gets there. Hard working corporation that needs their Recognition!

John John Auto has well experienced agents to assist you in finding auto parts that you need. Just ask for it they will source it or if you need it right away they will not hesitate to even take up their phone and call someone else to assist you in sourcing your parts needed. I highly recommend them. Reasonable prices also. They will even give you discounts to suit your pocket.
