Reviews of Samuels' Hardware - Negril

I've literally stop buying at this hardware because of the poor customer service and the fact that they will short your goods to line their pockets.
Junior Samuel's is a bad example for a manager and man of the community when it comes to his customers.
I personally believe in my experience their prices are a bit more sometimes double compared to their competitor Smart choice. At smart choice the customer service treatment is excellent for duty of care.
Mr Samuel's was a better manager than his son.

Excellent Customer service and the owner is very humble and polite been shopping there for over 20 years I have no problem and if you’re overseas you can call and What’s up for free go shopping at someone else Hardware

I noticed a previous bad review of Samuel's hardware and I'm compelled to disagree with a previous reviewer by stating that I have traded with Samuels for the past 5 years and I've always found them to be most accommodating, having a wide range of supplies and overall I think it's an exceptional business. Some of the staff are absolute Stars including the girl behind the counter "Little Miss" who definitely knows her products well and has customer service at the forefront of her interaction with the customers. They have some of the best quality products I've seen in Jamaica and a lot of brands that are familiar to overseas clients and these products are durable and perform as they should. Well stocked, fast delivery, fair prices. Its a fast paced and busy shoppe, I imagine it can be intimidating to some customers, and the Covid protocols make operation even more of a challenge, but many thanks to the owners for being in the community. Respect.

This company is so disorganised and very misleading with information..
The customer service there is very vile with no respect for their customers.
I get a better customer service and appreciation at Choice hardware.
