Reviews of Danhope Radiology Services

Had a bad experience last week. I got there for my 1:30pm appointment (ultrasound and mammo), only to be told the Doctor had left. i was not called to be updated in case i wanted to change my appointment. The Dr having left means i would need to make a second trip. The receptionist who should know better did not even apologize,and i might add she has been there for years and should know better. She kept making excuses why i was not called instead of apologizing.

I went back this morning, Wednesday April 29th and the receptionist Toni-Ann made up for the poor service last week, She was awesome, she apologized for the inconvenient the week before, she was very pleasant and had everything prepared before i arrived for my 9am, great job Toni, just goes to show sometimes experience is not always the best, your coworker need to take lessons.
Dr. Sing was also great, he explained everything to me as if its my first time, he conversed with me right though the exam, i felt like a person not just a number. I have been going to this place for years and i must say one of the best experience i have had there.
