Honey Bun is Jamaica's first HACCP certified bakery since May 2016, specializing in producing individually packaged pastries and baked snacks. The company was publicly listed to the Jamaica Junior Stock Exchange in 2011, Honey Bun produces several variations of over a dozen products resulting in a range of over 40 SKUs from 3 brands: Honey Bun, Island Bites, and Buccaneer Jamaican Rum Cakes.

The 24/7 baking operation, located in Kingston Jamaica has honed a core competency in baking for over 3 decades. Honey Bun exports throughout the Caribbean region as well as to the UK where our products can be found in ASDA and Tesco, and in Canada Sobeys and Loblaws, as well as to small independent stores.

Plastic in my cupcake

I bought a HoneyBun Cupcake at a local store, Kenny's Total Services, Bonjor Cafe, in May Pen, and while eating I realized that I was biting plastic. To my realization, there was a big piece of clear plastic baked into one of the cakes.

I just wanted you to know and to advise you to be careful as we are eating these foods and had it been a smaller piece of plastic I would have swollowed it.

Mold before expired date
I opened a cheese bread the night before it was expired and there was mold on it,I bought it at a popular supermarket in Portmore a few days before.It is a product that I buy every week for my child,mother and myself and I've never had a problem like this before.The only problem I have is that the cheese is too little compared to the bread or it should be spread wider

HAIR IN PRODUCT
I found a Hair baked into the Buccaneer – Rumcake (Fruit) and asked my friend to send an email from July 25th and still no response. I am extremely disappointed as majority of my co-workers enjoy this cake and always hunt for it in the supermarket opening THIS CAKE AND FINDING THE LONG HAIR IN THE CAKE WAS A BIG TURN OFF FOR ME an all my co workers. I thought every customer was valued.. apparently im not.
