We are a mother/daughter holistic fitness team and we promote health and wellness via two systems of Kemetic Yoga: Tjef Neteru Sema Paut and YogaSkills Method.

Kim D. Harris holds her Doctorate in Education among other various accreditations within the education field. Aida Desta Campbell maintains her Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and has a passion for photography. In 2014 Dr. Harris and her youngest daughter, Aida Desta Campbell, relocated to Lethe, Jamaica from Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Taking with them their dreams and drive to establish a library and resource center for the locals in the community. As well as implement a summer camp program consisting of culturally responsive sustainable art projects and Yoga from Kemet.
