I enjoyed the different asanas and definitely didn't realize just how important breathing was until these classes. Of course, this was handy practices when I did prenatal yoga classes with Jival Yoga which in turn helped in my daily routine especially in the third trimester.
I enjoy the new class schedules. Looking forward to returning starting with postnatal classes.
