Slow Flow
I think Flow name shud be changed to Slow.

My modem is not working. I have to keep rebooting it every two hours.

I call Slow/Flow who say they will call me back but never do.

It is the worst internet provider in the world.
I need a refund because I am not getting the service I am paying for.

Shame on you slow flow.

Lack of service or contact from Flow.
2 weeks no Cable service. Promises after promises, non fulfilled. Got service, 60 % chanels not now working. One week gone...more promises...nothing. This is Customer care service ??? How can I speak to a human, not Customer Care who I can explain problem to ?? A/C ******** in name of Sabine Bolenius.

Sue for Breach of Contract
We enter into contract with these telecoms providers and pay for services they don't provide. From where I sit, that constitutes breach of contract. We ought to collectively sue them for non-performance. Food for thought?

EVERYTHING
I have been without service for a month now and I have been calling them and each time someone gets "assigned" they dont show up, the customer service is horrible........If you can avoid them DO IT.

I'm in the same situation. What I know for a fact the technician don't want to work. They'll get the ticket and refuse to go work. Take a ride out on the street you'll see them park under a tree sleeping or on their phone for hours.

Worst company in jamaica
Just a few words. FLow is a total waste of space. When i the government either get FLOW to step up or get rid. The customer service is non existant. I waited a total hours (an our each time) to be answered then get cut off. Credit is taken from my phone when i didn't make any calls after putting credit on. This also happen to friends. Internet is a joke i won't even bother addressing. Come on OUR do your regulating.

Poor service
After over 7 years of doing business, I had to ask for a disconnection because I have been requesting that the team come and out the same modem I got when I moved to my current address. This did not happen even one year later. So I had to request disconnection as it makes no sense paying for service I was not getting. I have been waiting on the disconnection over 5 weeks now and still getting bills. I have reached out to the team several times and got several ticket numbers but still, the request was not executed. It seems FLOW is only interested in generating bills and a simple request for repair and/or disconnection of service takes forever. The issue still not fixed hence I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.

Flow Customer Service
Adjustment of bill payment not correctly credited to account
After providing customer with requested information no action taken. Now next to impossible to get contact by phone or on the email help. Very non responsive ... customer service number impossible to reach, customer reps dont follow up even after provided with information requested. I have never seen so bad service...terrible.. If there was a negative star that would be my rating....thinking of moving all our accounts to the other provider

Flo lack of compassion for customers
I have been having problem since end of agust reported it on 30th of agust untill current sept.26 still having same problem mom passed away sedt.14 unable to use whatsapp to contact family n friends overseas because no internet this is second time in a year same problem this is a disgrace

Wrongly charged
FLOW billed us for a service we haven't received and is seemingly refusing to remove the charges from our account. Every month, they disconnect our service for an overdue balance, even though our telephone/internet charges are paid in full. Each time, the reps apologise for the inconvenience and promise that the issue will be escalated to be resolved and that someone will call back. No one ever calls and the charge remains on the account. This has been going on for FIVE months now. Moreover, it is difficult to get through to FLOW CS and we regularly get hung-up on. Talking to them on Live Chat, WhatsApp and social media does not make a difference! If it was possible to give this company a negative star rating, I would. To make matters worse, we can't switch to Digicel because they don't offer broadband service in our area. The government needs to free up Caricel or give us another alternative because SLOW FLOW is NOT IT!

INTERNET wifi services
My internet went out on August 5 today is August 8 and still no service I have been calling for days no answer it is a Shame you pay your bill and can't get customer service I clicked on one star but it's really 0 star
