     Assists the Executives with daily administrative duties (systems related) and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing calendars of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
     Communicating with the general staff on the Executives’ behalf and coordinating logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinating meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, The Management Team (TMG), and members of staff.
     Utilizing Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, and PPT) to create a variety of templates, complex tables, mergers; manage table data, sort and filter mergers, and also perform basic work with existing Macros.
