At kph, Patients is always our main priority/target,I played my first time as a receptionist were I do a lot of filing, inputting Patients information into the system,answer telephone calls,collects patients appointment cards,assisting patients with the information they need,doing a survey,so the patients can us tell us how they feel about the service we offered there at kph,and what we must do to improve on were we are weak on.Always greet patients with a pleasant smile each day and assist them with daily needs.
In the Physiotherapy,Patients are recommended to see doctors due to certain allegations on the body, I was given the task to do the hot pack on a Patients,so if the patient has a certain injury, in order for it to get better quickly, you put the warm hot pack cover with towels on the patient injury,so the tissue in her body will contrast and absorbed the warmness.

My work was always to clean out the office every morning,go to the bank on a regular basis,filing,assist the customers on the floor, Answer the telephone calls,Always give the manager or the supervisor what they need like a cup of tea,and so fort.
