The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of professional video editing experience, accompanied by a robust portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Video Editing: 

• Edit both short-form and long-form videos to meet daily and weekly content requirements.
• Ensure the highest quality and standards in all edited content.

 

Platform Expertise:

• Adapt editing styles to suit different social media platforms and their unique audiences.
• Stay abreast of platform-specific trends and requirements.

 

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize advanced editing software, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Inshot Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate and leverage various editing plugins and features.

 

Certification and Skills :

• Possess a video editing certification (preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency in colour grading, audio editing, and other post-production techniques.

 

Creativity and Innovation:

• Bring a creative flair to video content, thinking outside the box to deliver visually compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas.

 

Initiative and Deadline Management:

• Take initiative in suggesting improvements and enhancements to video content.
• Consistently meet tight deadlines with a quick turnaround time.

 

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

 

Remote Work and Availability:

• This is a remote position offering a high degree of flexibility.
• The editor must be available and committed to meeting daily and weekly deadlines.
