On <b> BEHALF of OUR CLIENT </b>,<b> We Resolve JA </b>, we solicit candidates to apply for the following role:<br><br><b> Accounting Clerk (1YR Contract) </b><br><br><b> Job Scope </b><br>The <b> Accounting Clerk </b> will assist with filing documents, administrative duties and accounting duties such as currency conversion and inventory sales data entry. <br><br><b> Responsibilities: </b><ul><li>Manage staff motor vehicle allowance including new request, increase limit and documentation;</li><li>Manage uniform benefits;</li><li>Manage staff postpaid cell phone accounts, claims, queries and new request;</li><li>Manage advance gas cards account, new card requests and adjustment to billing;</li><li>Manage expatriates annual flight benefit;</li><li>Assist with posting customer bills;</li><li>Currency conversions for customer bills and supplier bills;</li><li>Check and correct inventory item IDs;</li><li>Adjust selling prices;</li><li>Assist with posting monthly inventory sales to projects;</li><li>Maintain vendor files by filing paid invoices;</li><li>Maintain taxation and company document files;</li><li>Manage telephone calls;</li><li>Assist office visitors;</li><li>Completion of any forms with company information;</li><li>Maintain current official documents;</li><li>Assist with external requests.</li></ul><br><b> Requirements </b><ul><li>Minimum of one year in a similar role or;</li><li>Students currently enrolled in a University pursuing a degree in Accounting/Business Administration;</li><li>CXC passes in Mathematics, Principles of Accounts and Information Technology preferred;</li><li>Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Aptitude for numbers</li><li>Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul><br><b> Though we appreciate all candidates, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. </b><br> </div></div>
