We are looking for a full time Human Resources (HR) Generalist
to join our growing team.
You have broad knowledge of HR functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. You are passionate about HR, familiar with labour law, and want a job with the potential to move into a management position in our growing company. You will run the daily functions of our HR
department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering benefits, and leave, and keeping our electronic HR database current.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an HR Generalist (5 years minimum)
Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
Knowledge of employment/labour laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; experience with BambooHR will be a plus but if no experience you must be keen to learn
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
First degree in HR or a related field; Masters degree would be a plus.
