Question for Kaizen Development & Construction Management

Good day, I was wondering does Kaizen development construction offer apprenticeship for students studying to become draughtsmen or architects? If the answer is yes, what are the requirements to be enrolled? or if no, are student able to work part time under supervision of an architect or draughtsman or designer or quantity surveyor, to gain work experience in the field of construction of residential homes in Jamaica?
