Review of Duke Corporation

I am continually receiving bad cheques from this organisation. Dividend cheques which arrive months late, and more often than not they are returned to me, unpaid. Repeated complaints to this firm have resulted in.....exactly nothing. Is there a fraud being perpetrated somewhere?
