Stanley Motta Ltd - Kingston

Established in 1948 by its founder, Mr. Stanley Motta, Stanley Motta was initially successful in the sale and rental of electrical appliances in Jamaica. In 1983, the company was acquired by Musson and continued to operate until 1998 before becoming a dormant subsidiary. In 2015, Musson chose Stanley Motta as the driving force behind the 58 HWT project. Over the next two years, Stanley Motta acquired the properties at 58 Half Way Tree Road in Kingston from Musson. Today, Stanley Motta owns all the properties either directly or through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unity Capital. Stanley Motta has overseen the entire development of the project, including planning, designing, permitting, managing contractors and service providers, tenant negotiations, and property management services. 58 HWT is the largest business process outsourcing and technology park in the English-speaking Caribbean.
