I am trying to buy a CPAP machine which I understand is a reimbursed item. However I was told I could submit a proforma invoice to see how much of the cost would be reimbursed to help in my planning to get the machine. It is for my spouse Henry Boothe. Can I get an email address to which I could submit the proforma invoice? I am not seeing one on the website. I am aware that I would have to submit the sleep test when I am submitting the invoice, and so does not need to send it at this time.
Good day, I recently collected my health card at UWI, Mona and when I attempted to use it pay for my glasses at Optical outlet, I was told that I can only use the card at UHWI or Uwi health center. Is this really the case? And if so is there any way that I could use the card for this purpose?
