The service at Dennis shipping company is very poor
Not to mention the amount of time you call the office and no answer
You guys need to improve your calling service

They are a bunch of scammers charge extra with no explanation just saying it company policy bullshit. They should state whatever they overcharge for instead of scamming ppls money.

I will never have anything ship with Dennis shipping again. First to through to them is so tedious. I will not recommend them to anyone either. I have been trying to get to them for at least two weeks. All you hear,is your call has been put in a que. I email no response. It drives me crazy.

My barrel arrive over a week, this is a door delivery and still waiting for the company to call and deliver my barrel.poor customer service not getting your money worth

I open my barrel and they stole half of the content

Checking through my stuff and realize most of the things are missing I sent 38 pair of Clark's and I only received 14 they are criminals theif they are not thrust worth

We are so very upset right now because we're checking our stuff over again just to find out that there's more of our things missing than we had taught initially...

They courteous and reliable. They were fast and very affordable. It was my pleasure shipping with them.
