With the introduction of our 100% Digital Cable Television service in 2008.
The phasing out our Analogue Cable Television Services is currently underway and is being well received by subscribers.

Logic One is supported by friendly, professional and courteous Customer Service Representatives, who's knowledge expands over ten (10) years in the Cable Television Industry.

Our Engineering Department is constantly expanding our Optical Fiber System, to provide the best quality service and reliability to our coverage area. With our trained Technicians addressing day to day problems in order to maintain system

If only I could give no stars...i am terminating my service today...WORSE INTERNET PROVIDER IN JAMAICA. WORSEEEEEEE. Internet is hella slow, it doesn't pick up throughout the house only if you are near it. It breaks down everyday. We havent had internet for days, report it and nothing. I must be a real dummy If i continue paying for this. not even a full month of services and im over it.

Time fir an upgrade
Sadly Logic One has not kept up with the times. They were good when they first started but they have not invested in customer service at all!!
I really like them, so I want to see them do well. Please make your customers, programming and internet your priorities. That is why you’re in business.

CRAPPY SERVICE ALL AROUND
I wish i could give a 1/4 star or something. I signed up for the advertised "high speed" internet. Boy, the only thing high is my blood pressure. I cant make a simple voice call on Whatsapp. I cant send messages( they take forever to send). Worst thing is that i actually got this service so I could do online classes. Lets not forget the BS they want to pass as customer service. IF YOU HAVE USE FOR YOUR MONEY DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS.

Lived in England, Belgium, Amsterdam,United States,Bahamas & jamaica. The company named logic one...is the worst internet provider I have experienced in my life. Not to out do themselves. Stemming from the Francis to the cashiers.. Absolutely no customer service or professionalism. Old niggers at their finest. Woe be unto thee...when the slave overthrow the master..re logic one. Low lifes in a business world. What next? Oh yeah covid 19

I have been calling all morning no one answers just wanted to know if service will be restored today
Will serviced be restored today,it has been out all weekend. By the way no one is answering the phone. When it is not busy it's rings until it stops just sent text & people will stop calling

Crappy service
So crappy. I call and no one knows what’s going on. Then I call back and no answer. No cable or WiFi. It’s so annoying and they choose to go off air without Shooting a text or something. Too much too often. I get home after work I’d love to watch a Movie and occupy the kids but nooooo.
