Today I purchased a box of chocolate ice cream from the Red Hills Road outlet. They did not have Coffee Rum Cream, a flavour I have had before and thoroughly enjoyed. They were having Customer Appreciation Day so I also took the opportunity to sample their banana-flavoured ice-cream.
Apart from the fact that they were cold I am afraid they have nothing to recommend them. Neither the banana or chocolate ice creams had any hint of the flavours after which they were named. The chocolate ice cream actually tasted like soy.
Today has cured any hankering I might have had for Kreemi ice cream. I still have 1.5 gallons of ice cream (minus one cup.). If you enjoy soy drop me a line and I am willing to share it with you while it last. Take your time! It won't be devoured in a hurry.
