These are very lackadaisical, they do not answer their phone neither do they follow up and return calls as promised. I had to keep calling to get info, even though I was told that I would be contacted once item was ready. Total rubbish abd waste of time.

I have been trying to collect a parcel which was sent via RAM to this company for weeks. They said they contacted me but I have never received a call. I called them just now and received the worst customer service and absolutely poor manners from the person who answered. You'd never think this is a business trying to make money and retain customers. Needless to say I am back at square 1 and still not in receipt of my package!!! Do not ship with them if you can avoid it.

They do not has good customer service they only looks out for there friends and ppl who maybe give them extra tips i went there first and end up getting through last the lady took my papper and put it aside then tell me to step outside she will call me after an hour i have to go back and ask her what happen to my papper why everyone is getting throughout before me she was upset and charge me full price instead of using the discount slip i get from the airport
