Unfortunately, I’m visiting today because it’s my Dad’s funeral, Val Henry Bennett. There were many who attempted to prevent us from attending. There were those who withheld information. Others lied outright, without shame about the place, date, and time of his funeral. One was even bold enough to advise me not to attend because “your Dad don’t want any of his older children to go to his funeral.” But God said, “No!”
