Excellent service, been going for years no problems

What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re gonna arrive on the appointed time, then wait another 3 hours to see the dentist?? If u have an entire day to waste, u can go to this dentist office. They call once to confirm the appointment and if u miss the call, the god goes with u. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Lack of communication and courtesy from the staff. They just acted robot-like. Dentist office was hot without any apology.... I will NEVER go back and will NO recommend anyone I know to go there. Very.. very... poor service!

The ABSOLUTE worst! The receptionist alone will never let me step foot into that office again. Customers are apparently being a bother to the receptionist for a service that you are paying for that in turn pays her. I will NEVER go back and I definitely won't recommend others. That is a fact, with such poor service the 20% isn't enough. Fix the POOR service offered or employ a manager for things to be run at a professional level. The receptionist behaves as if we are botherinh her for the key to her home.
