I’m Patrice Brown on the 13th April 2021 at about 12:15 pm I visited the Liguanea Branch to get 2 keys duplicated I parked my Grey Suzuki Swift in a space closer to the building get out went up to entrance the security checked my temperature I then ask him which section do I go to cut keys he said to me the machine is not working,I then turn around to go back to my car then remembered I needed a jar so I went in the store got the jar went back to my car opened the door sat then instantly I looked on the passenger seat and realize my phone was missing I started searching the car no phone go out looked everywhere although I knew I left it on the seat still no phone I looked around no security went back to search again no phone saw a male security said to him “security I left my phone in my car now It’s gone “ he said did you call it and walked away .
I went back looked again no phone at this point I went to customer service they rang the phone no answer.After standing for about 7 mins a Ms Brown came took my info she then followed me to my car where I looked ask her to ring the phone again still no answer.
I gave her my sisters contact and she told me she will get back to me. I left with tears because I just can’t believe in such a short space of time my phone is gone from my car. When I parked a security was about two car space away there was also a person in front of the vehicle beside me to my right in front of where the lumbers are stacked and when I came back out and was searching no security was visible. Leaving my phone in my car on the seat is not something I often do. But because it’s in a more enclosed parking compared to the plaza I wasn’t too worried .
