Poor service and very very very poor customer service
Out of service for 30September call customer service and voice intonation was harsh call another rings all day no answer if this is how you people do business well its sad

Horrible Service
I’m an American visiting the island and considering purchasing a home here... I’m am staying in a friends home and I personally paid for service in August when I arrived and it’s September 24,2020 still no internet and the cable is in & out MOSTLY OUT. I took the devices in the office and they were fine and a tech was called to visit my temporary home... still no tech and no internet... horrible horrible service and I’m trying to get the account credited my home and having no luck

I paid 14,000 for the WiFi

Plus $4,000 again when the guys came to connect it
Now I’m out of WiFi and it’s only been 3 weeks ! I’m calling and nooooo ans!

Crappy service
Over priced Piece of shit service. . . Don't waste your time or money signing up, service is crap and the customer service is 10× worst. . . . Probably the boss should treat his employees with more respect and maybe the service would be better. Y'all should just shut down operation, it makes no sense.

Worst internet provider
If anyone is looking for a internet provider I recommend not to use Cornwall Communication. Their internet connection is so unreliable. It stop working like every other day and whenever you try calling the customer service number no one picks up and if they do you get worst service of all. It’s as if they don’t know what they’re doing.
Every month the bill is due they don’t hesitate to disconnect your services exactly on the day the bill is to be paid. Oh, and they still charge you for days your without service.
Don’t use their services if you can’t be bothered

Bad bad bad need next provider for better service
Service bad cant find works to explain my experience I wish I could go back to antenna to supply me with good service like the olden days cant the government or o.u.r.check out this company that's that giving customers their services.

If you have FLOW as your internet service provider please I am begging you to stick to it. Cornwall Communication is not one of, but THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IN THIS NATIONS HISTORY. Why on earth should I be activating data plans and I have wireless internet. Cornwall Communications is pure BULLSHIT. I requested a invoice of the bill and up until today I am unable to receive it and oh lord don't let me begin to talk about their customer service.. These things seems as if they were taken from a dumpster to represent their company. Cornwall please get people who actually went to elementary school for Christ sake ... I can't wait until Flow is able to come to my community at least they are more professionals.

Bad speed
The speed is so bad that everything downloads in kbps. If I’m downloading something It takes 5-8 hours . We upgraded the other day and it’s not even a bit better. I can do better right now cause flow is not in my area so I have to stuck with you guys. Work on it please cause it not fair to be paying for crappy services.

Bad service
Internet goes out more than 10 times per day and when you call nobody seem to care to assist and they still want you to pay each month this is the worst internet ever my advice if you're planing to get it don't or you will be the next one doing this review

I was in this site trying to apply for serv as a guy from jps recommended cc as a good internet provider and somehow got to the review area buuuutttt thank our Father GOD I saw these reviews there's no way im getting this serv, I didnt even saw not even 1 single good review and the company seems not to even care about their cx atall its such a shame tho

Unprofessional Customer service representative over the phone and in the local office montego bay.
I made my payment 7 days before it was due now I'm being told my service was disconnected due to non payment my payment receipt number is
******** and a payment of 2800 was done. The CSR lady who was once a rasta she has no customer service and she tells lies. Its a good thing I had proof or she would have over charged my acct. How can an account number be the phone number!! Get better service an a liable website where customers can get better service. I would have abandon your service long ago if it wasn't for my parents.
