Poor service from this ridiculous company
This company is just ridiculous. My internet has being out for two weeks and to date they have not sent a technician to come diagnose and fix the problem. I will be filing a complaint to consumer affairs. All disgruntled customers should do the same thing. Crappy service
I don't know if this man mr Sinclair is the owner or the manager of the company but he's the most disrespectful person I have come across it's my first day with this company and it's the most crappy service/customer service ever I would not even recommend a rat to this company worse customer service ever

Customer service
The reps at the Mobay office do not report to technicians whenever a customer called in to report a problem.they keep saying will send a technician yet you will be sitting at home for days and no one shows up. Happens repeatedly.They need to get more serious people to work in the company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD
How can you have a company offering a service and yet you do not answer your phone? How do we make inquiries when you lack the simple desire of picking up your phone. You have taken my cable box with the promise of it been returned in two days and it has been a week now. You do not answer your phone, yet the cable bus is on the road. Your service is poor and crappy. I will not pay any bill until I get quality service or I DEMAND A REFUND!!!

I made a payment online, and now I'm calling. You can never call and get an answer, I've called 10x already and it ran 1x then music playing. Terrible.

POOR, POOR, POOR
Cornwall communications leaves very little to desire. They are quick to raise fees every yet there is no raising of the standards. Issues are not often handled promptly and I often feel like I am begging for help when in fact I am the one spending.

Most of the time half the Channel don't work. They always disconnection my cable way before the due date and no compensation or explanation.

Worst cable ever!!!!!!!!!!! fed up!!!
Pay 12,000 to connect this cable am so unhappy i wasted my money i would not even encouraged my worst enemy to get this cable in 1 month have seen system no signal, no program ECT AM SO FED up what ever kind a service yall try to provide am so confused!!the worse part is if u call them they never know nothing !!its like a company that lacts customer service!!! They were not worth 1 star but i had to choose something!!!

The need to have consistent good cable connection in Bounty Hall Trelawney, Jamaica
Located in Bounty Hall, Trelawney, Jamaica and I am not getting consistent good cable connection for all stations. It's either the cable that's been pull down by truck or my cable database is saying its empty. I ask why should I suffer from these issue given that I have paid up until the end of August 2019. I would ask that Cornwall communications do regular checks to ensure customers who have paid is getting what they have paid for. Currently (right now) my cable is not working, its down.

Bad customer service
I am very unhappy with how customer service is handled. Whenever there is a problem and I call or go in to the store, there is absolutely no welcome or willingness by the staff to help. It seems their only purpose is to collect money. They are like robots, programmed to collect money. That is all they actually care about, they behave as if they could care less what your problem is.
