Reviews of Domino's Pizza Jamaica - Kingston

I ordered cheesy bread online at 1:57 and was waiting for my order at 2:20 i was trying to call to check my order if it’s ready Bt people over there was not answering the call and then at 2:25 something the call and people over there saying the cannot deliver the food thats complete foolishness if you cannot deliver you should say that same time or by next 5 mins instead of after 30 mins very disappointed at its not the first time this thing happened i m talking to the branch in Brunswick i end up buying Pizza from pizza hut

I placed and paid for an order at4:10 pm only to be called and was told that the order cannot be delivered and if I wanted a refund it will take 10 working days. This is unacceptable

Pizza ordered from the Port Henderson, Portmore Branch seem to be getting thinner and thinner although I hadn't ordered a thin crust. I am very disappointed in the service I'm getting and unfortunately I'm not a pizza hut fan. To top it off they have:"Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money." at the bottom of there website yet I see no option for me to leave a comment! Come on Domino's do better than that, your and international brand.
