Inaccurate information
The website states that the office is open from 8am - 4pm for drop off and pick up, I arrived at 2:30pm they are going to inform me that they close at 2pm. In order to be assisted you would have to arrive before 2pm, but it clearly does not state that on the website (as shown in the picture I attached).
