In recent years the absence of milk from our childrens diets have taken it's toll. As a mother for 2 my childrens teeth was the most obvious proof. After research I tried adding cows milk to their daily diet and in a month even the colour of their teeth had changed. Eczema and other health issues had caused me to take milk off our grocery list but I have discovered moderation is key but cow's milk is good for our children...Thanks Cremo
