• Wisynco Group Limited is seeking a skilled Packaging Operator/Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure the efficient and effective packaging of our products. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the machine at a steady speed to achieve optimum line efficiency and meet quality specification
• Ensure that machine operates in a safe manner
• Carry out size change over and basic maintenance on machines
• Troubleshoot and correct problems with machine including conducting basic maintenance of machine
• Ensure that machine and work environment are clean and orderly
• Operate in accordance with the following International Standards: Occupational Health and Environment, Quality Management Systems and Food Safety respectively
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Report defects, unusual sounds to Shift Supervisor and/or Lead Mechanic
• Complete logs in an accurate and timely manner

Skills
Good communication skills – written and verbal with the ability to communicate with varying levels of staff
People-oriented and results-driven with good interpersonal skills
Possess good analytical, problem-solving, organization and time management skills
Meticulous, with the ability to function well individually and on a team within a demanding work environment
