• To ensure the full manufacturing of products in coordination to quality control standards and production operations procedure which ensure output at an efficient level with a predetermined delivery time to the Sales and Marketing department 

Responsibilities
Positions noted below vary in work requirement. Production workers should be prepared to be rotated based on scheduling. Work generally includes but is not limited to: 

• Maintaining high standard of personal hygiene and maintaining all GMP
• Maintain all health and safety standards
• Manufacturing ONLY to approved Production processes
• Managing quality on the line ensuring customer safety at all times
• Performing as a baker at the oven, mixing dough or batter, packing finished products on the line
• Operation of equipment
• Completion of production reports
• Accurate recording of required production information
• Reporting variations in processes and quality
• Cleaning of work area and equipment used
• Reporting on equipment performance
• To assist in other area of production line as required 

Worker will be trained in their relevant job competencies based on the company’s training program.

• Mixer Worker
• Table Worker
• Baker
• Packer

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Honey Bun’s production staff is required to work at any of 3 shifts scheduled over a 24 hour period. Work is also scheduled for Sunday production and as such employees must be willing and able to work at any time or date scheduled.
• Work involves physical management of up to 180lb of dough and the operation of equipment, tools, or control.
• The employee may be required to push, pull, carry, and/ or lift up to 100 pounds.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud when in the production area. 

GENERAL ADVANCEMENT

• The Production Worker has several areas in which he/she may advance his/her skills.
• Further, with experience time and personal academic advancement, this position can be promoted or transferred to various departments such as Production Supervisor, Maintenance, Stores, Outlets, and Sales.
