• The camera room supervisor will work in conjunction with a team to maintain and keep the property safe and secure. They will ensure all security protocols are being followed by team members under their command along with overseeing the activities on the property through the camera system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras for any breaches or ill intention of customers/staff. And overall checks on property.
• Ensure company policies and rules are adhere to by team and other staff
• Conduct briefings for opening and closing shifts with security team
• Log entries in log book- including breaches/accidents/incidents
• Prepare roster for the security team.
• Contact Police/fire or King Alarm (via panic button and cell phone) for incidents out of our control.
• Liaise with team including contracted guards (King Alarm) via portable radio with team
• Conduct or attend interviews with HR for new security staff.
• Log misconduct forms, Approve sick /vacation days for the team.
• Conduct CCTV reviews as required by MOD or senior management
• Report on security incidents via emails
