As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations in your assigned area. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, hardworking, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner using the appropriate welcoming and parting phrases.
• Promote sales i.e. always offer customers something more.
• Prepare and package foods such as patties, hamburgers, chicken, fries and other supporting food items; wrap ice cream cones, fold napkins and serve drinks etc.
• Assist in keeping tables, floors, walls, bathrooms, counter and utensils clean and products safe.
• Cleans and cares for all restaurant equipment including ovens, deep fat fryers, cold room, chicken fryer, bun toasters etc.
• Retrieves products from the cold room as required.
• Assists in the unloading and stocking of goods.
• Any other duty that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Skills
Pleasant and Customer oriented
Able to work nights, weekends and Public Holidays
Knowledgeable of good sanitation and hygiene practices
Positive and have the willingness to learn
