Our Administrative Assistants provide support to entrepreneurs, business executives, managers and other employees by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.

At Yateman International, we employ master multi-taskers who are professional, polite, attentive and accurate. They are comfortable working with various kinds of office equipment and new technology. They are alert, prepared and excellent at both verbal and written communication.

We perform a variety of administrative duties which include, but not limited to:

Managing emails
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Making travel arrangements
Arranging meeting and taking minutes
Preparing business reports, correspondence, drafts and memos
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Preparing various documents for meetings and business trips
Maintaining office supply inventories
Resolving administrative problems and inquiries
Coordinating and maintaining records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
