Question for National Council On Technical Vocational Education & Training (NCTVET)

Hello i did a hospitality course from 2014 to 2015 at the portmore community college (CAP)and i didn't receive my certificate until now i contact the school and they told me that my name was spelled wrong and they send it back to change and that's what am hearing from then until now
