Review Poor Customer Service

Office workers, just one in particular was vague about payment details. This minute she gave a figure, next minute she is contradicting herself. Happened 2 years in a row, with same employee. Never getting her figures right. It's like she woke up on the wrong side if the bed, not knowledgeable about her role,kept asking others questions and got into a fit when decline to do as she was advising. Would never recommend that company to any other persons shipping. So dissatisfied I can't relate
