Please address the issue of the illegal and very loud bikes you use to make deliveries in Harbour view. I Don't think i need to describe how disruptive and offensive these bikes are to our livelihood. Your operation is severely impeding our right to peaceful enjoyment and use of our properties. You are also perpetuating and unlawful activity by permitted these bikes to operate on public roadways. Please address this immediately.
