Crappy service
I have been up to date on my payments as I pay according to how and when I'm billed, My services was out for at least 2 weeks out of the months of March and April. When it finally came back and I went to pay my bill, 1st they didn't compensate me for the lost service then they are going to let me know what I am paying for is only for 9 days of services. Why I ask, because I have a balance, a balance for where they can't tell me. I was told to submit a receipt from last year. I found the receipt and when I tried to contact them to submit it no one cares to answer the phone. And when you do speak to someone the attitude is horrible as if you a beg them fi the service wa you a pay fa. I work in customer service so I know what good customer service is like and they don't have it.
