Review Dissatisfied

Staff were very nice and responsive in the initial phase when a quotation was being create. They were very generous in stating they would give a discount. I ordered windows in Feb 2021. Work never finished until May 2021. Work was paid for in full by two installments. At the end we were told we were responsible for filing windows on the outside ourselves. This was never communicated initially. Windows also had large gaps. I would send watsapp messages which marked read but went unanswered. While I understand the pandemic has slowed a lot of production down. Communication was poor once they received their payment in full. Some times its about the services and not so much about the job at head. Not pleased and could not recommend this business. I felt as though once I paid in full, my work was no longer a priority.
