Review Burnt burgers

Good day. I purchased 2 burgers from your outlet in montegobay and I am beyond frustrated at this point. Both burgers were burnt to the point neither could be eaten. I contacted you guys on Instagram which I was advised that customer service would call me. Its been over a week and I haven't receive any calls. I need my money back or my burgers. This is beyond ridiculous
