Review Understaffed & Lack of communication.

My daughter attened this daycare which was more like babysitting on rotation. Sometimes the ratio was 1:5 and this amount varied based on the day but the number of staff did not increase. This allowed my daughter to sit and cry for over an hour while an "aunty" fed and changed the other children like an assembly line. They need more teachers or need to decide to decline new students due to the staff that is available. Also, don't expect to call the land line and get through, don't expect proper communication on how your child is developing and expect a positive response when you try to probe further. I would not recommend for ages 4 and under!!!
