Review Mortec has become one of the worst taxi companies

The ladies at the base needs training, they are very unprofessional. They keep you on hold for so long and then comes on the line and ask you to repeat your location. Your drivers have absolutely no manners. Not all but 7/10 that I've deal with are so unprofessional, they curse, bad drive,play all sort of nasty loud vulgar music, they text while driving, talk on the phone and then they want to charge you a arm and a leg for their disgusting service. I cant even begin to Express my displeasure with this company. The company I once loved and would have recommended to anyone without hesitation. It is sad.
