I had an experience with one of your front desk persons, a "Ms. Iota", concerning an email that I had been anticipating receiving that day. Ms. Iota tried to assist however, I found her ability to accept responsibility for offending me to be sorely lacking. I would recommend that Iota be given the opportunity to participate in a customer service training programme, where she will learn to handle customers of all sorts more graciously.

And, for the record, when a customer reiterates a position, logic dictates that one consider the motive/reason for the reiteration. It could mean that you are clearly not understanding. The customer is uninterested in your position. S/he only wants to be clear that you, the Rep, understand her/his position and are remorseful, if applicable. In this instance remorse was necessary and an apology is awaited.

Perhaps the facility will improve this rating. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
