Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification from a recognized institution in Advanced Air Conditioning
• A minimum of two (2) years’ working experience in the field of Air Conditioning
• Possession of a reliable motor vehicle is an asset 

 

Specific Knowledge and Required Skills:

• Excellent Knowledge of AC Units and specifications of a variety of AC manufacturers
• In depth knowledge of the new Inverter Technology AC units 
• Ability to perform repairs on AC compressors, replacing fan motors, charging AC systems 
• Excellent planning skills 
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing 
• Possession of the necessary equipment for the servicing, repairs and maintenance of Split AC Units 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining AC Units in functional condition by conducting inspections; replacing parts and components including fleet vehicles. 
• Containing cost by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options. 
• Maintaining AC Units appearance by cleaning vents, washing coils and painting.
• Maintaining AC records by recording service and repairs.
