Director of Engineering
This esteemed individual will lead and manage all engineering department functions, ensuring optimal operation of interior/exterior hotel facilities. This role encompasses managing various engineering tasks to maintain property efficiency, guest and employee safety, and aligning with the hotel's high standards. The ideal candidate will champion continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering function. Candidate must be certified in all hotel engineering/maintenance positions; with at least five (5) years experience in building or hotel engineering/maintenance.
Risk & Compliance Manager
This astute professional is essential for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff, while also safeguarding hotel assets. This role involves supervising and training the Loss Prevention staff, coordinating security efforts across various departments, and implementing effective security initiatives and standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk management and a strong ability to oversee comprehensive security and compliance strategies. Candidates must have a college degree with expertise in property and security management.
Quality Manager
This meticulous individual is central to upholding and enhancing our commitment to luxury service and unforgettable experiences. This role focuses on developing and enforcing quality assurance protocols, analyzing guest feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, innovative thinking, and a proven track record in quality management within the hospitality industry. Candidates must: have a degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred; possess significant knowledge of industry quality standards and programs.
